Cortex EHR provides EMR workflow-assistance products. Cortex Lens is the current chart-assistance prototype, highlighting possible coding, documentation, and data-entry issues. Use with live clinical systems is restricted to authorized healthcare personnel with legitimate access to the connected records.

The current sandbox demonstrates suggested changes inside a mock EMR interface. Live write-back behavior, if enabled in a production adapter, must be governed by the connected EMR's terms, customer authorization, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Demo mode displays synthetic, fictional data and does not represent any real patients or medical records.
